Here is a step by step guide to take you through the process of ordering:

To use this site you will need to register a username and password. If a password is forgotten, please click ‘My Account’ or call 0191 250 45370Choose 

  1. A gift card/e-voucher from the categories on the left and select the required quantity from the dropdown list and add to your basket.
  2. Blank gift cards can be added to your order by selecting the value as ‘0’ and can be activated at a later date using the ‘top up’ facility. This will save money on postage.
  3. The basket can be viewed at any time by clicking on to the ‘My Basket’ tab at the top right of the page.
  4. To pay for items, click the ‘Checkout’ option on the basket page.
  5. The delivery details will automatically be updated with the address you registered, however, a different one can be added using the ‘add address’ button.
  6. There are two delivery options; one is ‘First Class' (not insured) post and one with ‘Special' delivery (insured). Please select an option.
  7. If you are purchasing more than one card in one transaction then, postage is combined. 
  8. You can add a gift message by selecting the box that says ‘Select this box to add a gift message' and then select ‘Add Message', place your message into the box provided and select ‘Add Message'.
  9. Continue through to checkout by ticking you have read the Terms and Conditions. 
  10. Follow the instructions to take you through to pay and enter your card details.
  11. Your order is now complete and will be processed within one working day. Please select ‘View orders' to see each order. Select ‘Receipt' to see each order detail, this will download a pdf for you to print off.
  12. Remember! once you have bought your Gift card, you only need to reload on here. 
  13. If you lose or misplace your gift card, it's ok! Just give us a call and we can help. 

Note: You can easily top-up your gift card by selecting the ‘Reload' at the top links of the page. This will show you a list of gift cards that have been sent from your account, match the serial number on the back of the card to one on the list and select 'add to cart'. Then follow the order process as normal.
